DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Good news, as a member of our Bag Family at Blackkjewel's Bag you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service, for orders over $75. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 6pm. Deliveries on Saturday 9am - 12pm, with express shipping as the only exception.

Please allow 24-48 business hours of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow us 96 business hours of processing time. International orders take up to 2 business days to process, even for express shipping (e.g. 2 business days for processing + express International shipping or standard International shipping. 

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if additional information is required for credit verification.

Standard shipping (3-5 business days, orders more than $75) = FREE

Standard shipping (3-5 business days, orders less than $75) = $5.00

Expedited Standard Shipping (2-4 business days) = $9.00

Expedited 2 Day Shipping (2 business days), orders placed by 3:00PM CST, Monday - Friday = $30.00


*PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

*Shipping charges for standard, Expedited 2 day, or overnight deliveries that are delayed due to inclement weather are not refundable.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Zip, AfterPay, ShopPay, Klarna, Sezzle, PayPal, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

Is my card inIformation kept on file?

No, when shopping with Blackkjewel's Bag, your information is secure with our trustworthy team and Shopify webpage. Shopify elite system only allows its consumers to see the last four digits to confirm purchases with clients in the case of high-risk orders.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Spain, France, UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Australia and the Netherlands, but we are always looking to expand to new countries!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping— currently only available for the 48 Contiguous United States.

How long will my order take?

How do I check on my order status?

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, you cannot edit the address on your order.
If it hasn't shipped yet, email our customer service team at Info@blackkjewelsbag.com, and we will immediately assist you. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

How do I return an item?

Sometimes the fit isn't right, we will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange of merchandise. Simply email us at info@blackkjewelsbag.com and our returns team will assist you.

My order is incorrect/missing/damaged items?

We are sorry you are experiencing this issue; let us help. Please read and follow the easy steps on our Refund Policy page to get started. You have ten business days from when your order was delivered to begin the refund process.

When will my return be processed?

Soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will issue the store credit or exchange of merchandise (the choice is yours). Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email regarding your return. Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive an email regarding your store credit information and how to use it for future purchases.

If you have not received your store credit via email after ten business days, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation.
