Good news, as a member of our Bag Family at Blackkjewel's Bag you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service, for orders over $150. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 6pm. Deliveries on Saturday 9am - 12pm, with express shipping as the only exception.

Please allow 24-48 business hours of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow us 96 business hours of processing time. International orders take up to 2 business days to process, even for express shipping (e.g. 2 business days for processing + express International shipping or standard International shipping.

I purchased the Sunday sweater and the Mariah set on 01/24 and my items arrived 01/27. I ordered a S/M in this sweater and a Medium in the Mariah set (weight 170, 5' 3"). Both products are definitely worth the money, they are super soft and feel luxurious. You can tell its made out of great quality fabric. Honestly you would think they would cost more!!
